The Church recognizes that there is a great necessity to attend to the spiritual needs of a growing generation of people who are born and raised outside of Kerala. The future of the Malankara Church in North America depends on having clergy from this generation who can take the lead to help develop the present spiritual organizations such as MGOCSM, Campus Ministry, and Sunday School, while also assisting in existing parishes and further outreach through youth ministry and the establishment of mission parishes.

This LoveIndeed project encourages their call to ministry by supporting their seminary education and assisting in the process of molding and shaping them as future priests and leaders.
